The ASTM D97  Low Temperature Pour Point and Cloud Point Test instrument is designed and made as per GB/T3535 "Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Oils" and GB/T6986 "Standard Test Method for Cloud Point of Petroleum Oils" in the National Standard of People's Republic of China. It is suitable to determine pour point and cloud point of petroleum oils.
Product Advantages                                                                                                                                          
1.This Petroleum Products Low Temperature test machine is mainly composed of two parts: desktop chassis and tipping bucket cold tank, with a compact structure, reasonable layout, and simple and convenient operation.
2.And it adopts dual environmentally friendly compressor system, which has good cooling effect and extreme cooling limit up to -70°C. Cold Tank I.: Room temperature ~-51°C, ±1°C, Cold Tank II.: Room temperature ~-70°C, ±1°C.
3.The high-precision liquid crystal temperature controller adopted, the accuracy can reach ±1°C, and the cold bath temperature is uniform and stable.
4.The metal bath structure is adopted, which is smaller than the traditional alcohol bath, more environmentally friendly and safe.
5.The special groove structure is adopted, which can make the test tube tilt 45 degrees during the freezing point test, the gear is fixed, and the test data is reliable.
6. The freezing point, pour point, and turbidity point of petroleum products can be determined according to the method specified in the standard, and LC-2 can also be selected for cold filtration point test to achieve multiple uses of one machine.
