The Low Temperture Distillation Apparaus is designed and made as per the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T6536 "Test Methods for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products". This Petroleum Products Distillation Tester is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, and solvent having special boiling point, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.

1.The Hight Precision Distiller for Petroleum Product adopts a special heating furnace form without open flame to ensure the safety of the test.

2.The voltage regulation of the LCD voltmeter is adopted, and the heating power is continuously adjustable, which is clear and intuitive.

3. The opening heating room observation window and the rotating lifting heating electric furnace are safe to use and easy to operate.

4.Screw compressor refrigeration system, small size, fast cooling speed, bath temperature can be reduced from room temperature to 0°C in about 50 minutes.

5.The condensate water bath has a temperature control function, which can be set and adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0°C~60°C, and the temperature in the bath is uniform to meet the requirements of the test.

6.The high-precision temperature controller and sensor configuration are used to make the temperature control accuracy of the condensate bath reach ±0.5°C.

7.Closed condensing system, using internal circulation mode, no need for water bath cooling to avoid leakage and freezing, safe and energy-saving.
