Summary
This Automatic Breaking Point Test Apparatus is used to determine the temperature at which a bitumen tends to break rather to flow when cooled and stressed as per standards GB/T 4510 and JTG E20-2011. It can do three tests at the same time in the same environment and calculate the average value.The cooling rate is controlled by computer.
I. Main technical features
1. The Breaking Point Test Apparatus is composed of a breaking point tester and a low temperature water bath.The breaking point tester is the main unit, and the low temperature circulating bath is the refrigeration device of the breaking point tester;
2. The freezer provides a cooling environment with a cooling rate of 1°C per minute;
3. The electric bending mechanism automatically loads the sample to make the sample bend once per minute;
4. Microcomputer control, automatic control of cooling rate, automatic timing bending of samples, color LCD screen to display experimental data, built-in printer to output results.
