Product Description

Introduction:

The Flame Spread Properties Test Equipment for automotive interior materials is a test device for the vertical burning characteristics of category M automotive curtains, sunshades and/or other suspension materials that carry more than 22 passengers.
The principle is to fix the sample vertically on the rectangular sample holder, ignite the sample with a specified flame in the combustion box for 5 seconds, determine when the flame on the sample is extinguished, and measure the burning distance of the sample and the time it takes to burn to this distance. 

 

Feature:

1. The sample fixing frame is made of stainless steel, the frame is 560mm high and 170mm wide. There are 27mm fixed needles with a diameter of 2mm and a limit needle with a height of 20mm and a diameter of 2mm on the specimen frame.
2. The Flame Spread Properties Test Equipment  is equipped with a stainless steel-like U-shaped pressing plate with a thickness of 1.0mm.
3. The burner is made of brass, and its structure and dimensions meet the standard requirements. The burner can be vertical and adjusted at 30 degrees from the plane of the sample. The distance between the top of the burner and the bottom of the sample is 20mm. The specimen is pushed in the vertical direction and the positioning size can be adjusted to adapt to the fire position of specimens of different thicknesses.
4. High-voltage pulse automatic ignition, and equipped with automatic fire extinguishing function.
5. The fixed position of the marking line can be adjusted to suit different thickness samples. It adopts heavy hammer + sensor to sense the arrival time of combustion, which is convenient and reliable.
6. The Flame Spread Properties Test Equipment  uses PLC+touch screen control to realize control/detection/calculation/data display.
7. All timings are automatic timing, and the fire will be automatically extinguished after the fire time is reached;
8. The Flame Spread Properties Test Equipment  can automatically calculate the burning speed and save the data.
