Product Introduction:
The Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator (BOCLE) Test System is used to measure wear condition of aviation turbine fuel on friction steel surface. Test principle: put the test sample into the test oil pool, keep the relative humidity of the air in the pool at 10%, fix a non rotating steel ball in the vertically installed chuck, make it face an axially installed steel ring, and add load. The test cylinder is partially immersed in the oil pool and rotated at a fixed speed. In this way, the cylinder can be kept in a wet condition and the sample can be continuously transported to the ball / ring interface. The diameter of the wear mark on the test ball is a measure of the lubricity of the sample.
Main features:
1.The Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator (BOCLE) Test System adopts colorful LCD display, which can visually operate and display the whole process of the test;
2.Simple interface: computer controls all instrument functions;
3.The standard ASTM D 5001 test program is preloaded into the ABT microprocessor controller: the operator installs the cleaned test piece, adds the fuel sample and presses the "start test" button;
4.The Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator (BOCLE) Test System can automatically control test sequence: the measurement process does not require operator intervention;
5.The automatic flow controller controls the humidity and dry air: the operator is not required to control and regulate the humidity and air flow;
6.Interchangeable humidity and temperature probes: humidity and temperature measurement do not need to be recalibrated, just replace the combined relative humidity and temperature probes with the exchange pre calibration unit;
7.Heating and cooling system: Peltier heating and cooling system;
8.Digital microscope is equipped with image acquisition system and software;
9.All parameters is displayed directly: motor speed, test time, fuel temperature, air temperature, humidity data, etc;
10.The Ball-on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator (BOCLE) Test System is supplied with ultrasonic cleaner.
