Introduction:
This HTHS is mainly used to measure apparent viscosity at high temperature and high shear rate(HTHS),the principle of which is under certain test condition at 150C,with pressure of N2(CO2),the sample flows out from capilliary viscometer,according to flowing time and pressure,we can calculate the apparent viscosity reached by apparent sheat rate of capillary viscometer.
Features:
1.This HTHS viscometer is first one in China,which is already used by many customers,
2.Spares can be changed with imported brand.
3.The HTHS apparent viscosity tester is supplied with special software for calculation High shear viscosity.
4.Solvent is not needed,and it can be washed with little new sample.
5.The apparent viscosity tester can work for 24 hours continuously.
6.Glass capillary meets standard requirements,diameter 0.15mm,length 16mm.
7.Different shear rate and test temperature can be set for users who make research.
8.The HTHS apparent viscometer is made of aluminum competely.
9.With touch screen controlling,the operation can be done on the LCD screen directly.
10.Test pressure is automatically caculated by software,and report of test result is exported in Excel format
