I. Introduction:

The winding resistance test is used to find open windings, shorts to ground, wrong turn count, wrong wire gauge, resistive connections, round wires in hand that are not connected in a coil, some connection mistakes, the resistance balance between phases, and in some cases shorted turns.

The Transformer Winding Resistance Tester is used for testing, installing and exchanging the semi-finished or finished transformer.

The Micro Ohm Meter is also a necessity for power department to do preventive trials.

The Winding Resistance Meter can effectively help you to find disfigurements in the manufacturing of transformer, such as the winding choosing, welding, loose joints, missing shares and hidden danger in the running.
