I.Introduction

The MCOR Corrosion Testing Device measures the ability of lubricating grease to protect the bearing against corrosion in the presence of water. Partially immerse the two groups of bearings coated with lubricating grease in water, and rotate at a speed of 83 r/min ± 5 r/min during the running and stationary cycles. At the end of the test, check the corrosion of the outer race of the bearing.

Working method:On the special workbench, run the pillow block with the grease sample bearing to be measured three times in 8H cycle according to the specified conditions. After completion, check the outer raceway of the bearing in the pillow block and measure the corrosion degree with a dial.
