Summary
This Automatic Marshall Stability Test Apparatus is designed and made as per industrial standard T0709-2011 and ASTM D6927 in TG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is used to do the Marshall stability test and judge the destroy point for bituminous materials.It can determine the proportion design of the bitumen mixture and inspect the construction quality of the bitumen road.
I. Main technical features
1.Automatic Marshall Stability Test Apparatus adoptis IPC touch screen, the advanced technologies.
2.The data of the initial deformation section is processed automatically, and the test results are displayed on the industrial touch screen.
3.The Automatic Marshall Stability Test Apparatus has three-way high-speed A / D conversion, high sampling accuracy and reliable sampling data.
4.It has two kinds of loading forms: automatic and manual. In general, the automatic loading form is adopted. In calibration or special cases, the manual loading form can be adopted.
5.The Automatic Marshall Stability Test Apparatus has real-time test, automatic shutdown reset function.
6.Using double electronic displacement meter, four digit digital display, the average value of displacement data is more accurate and reliable.
