Introduction

The main principle of the corrosion analysis instrument is:
six typical metals used in the engine cooling system are processed into test pieces, weighed, connected into test piece bundles, and then completely immersed in the specified samples. At the end of the test, take out the test piece, weigh it again after cleaning, and evaluate the corrosion according to the mass change value of the corrected test piece before and after the test.
This corrosion analysis instrument is applicable to engine coolant and its concentrate with high boiling point and low temperature, as well as engine cooling system rust inhibitor.

 

 

Characteristic

1.The pressure stabilizing valve controls the air inlet, and the flowmeter regulates the flow rate: 100ml / min ± 10ml / min;
2.Sputtering multi channel liquid circulator, which can ensure the temperature uniformity of each point;
3.Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ± 0.1 ºC, PT100 sensor;
4.Digital timer, recording the test time, with alarm;
5.Sand core glass gas diffusion head;
6.6 groups of metal test pieces is supplied with corrosion analysis, meeting the requirements of ASTM standards;
