Product Description

Introduction:

This Shear Stability Tester is a new high-tech product developed with German technology, instead of imported instruments, all main components are directly purchased from Germany. It is suitable for measuring the shear stability of polymer oil. The host is composed of a Bosch double-piston jet pump and an atomization chamber with nozzles and nozzle holders.
The polymer oil is cut through diesel nozzles at a certain shear rate.
The diesel nozzle of the shear stability tester promotes the depolymerization of polymer molecules with poor shear stability and reduces the kinematic viscosity of the sample. The percentage of decrease in the initial kinematic viscosity of the sample at 100°C is used to measure the shear stability of polymer oil content.

 

 

Features:

1. Shear Stability of Polymer-Containing Fluids Tester uses original imported Bosch jet pump,with nozzle and atomization chamber.
2.This shear stability tester adopts Bosch type axial nozzle injector,and there is a filter cartrigde on the nozzle support.
3.The ball cooler has a case to transmit heat on the surface of case,
4.Automatic stroke counter can cut off power automatically.
5.The liquid storage tank is 250cm3,and there is a filling opening on the top.
6.3 phase motor,power 1100W,rotation speed 925±25r/min.
7.There is distributing plate in glass tube,and there are 3 way stop-cock at the cooling outlet.
8.Micro-computer temperature controller,digital display,accuracy±1ºC,PT100 probe
9.The Shear Stability Tester adopts fully closed air compressor refrigeration,high cooling and low noise.
10.Digital timer can record test time,and it has buzzer siren.
11.There is discharging device on the top of jet pump.
12.There is pressure control valve on pressure piping,and the display pressure is 17.5Mpa±0.35Mpa.
