Introduction

Vertical Flame Spread Tester is suitable for the measurement of limited flame spread properties of Protective clothing. A defined flame from a specified burner is applied for 10s to the surface or the bottom edge of textile specimens which are vertically oriented.

 

Feature

•  The  vertical flame spread tester is designed and manufactured according to ISO 15025 standards.

• The flame spread tester can be updated to meet the requirement of ISO6941,ISO 6940 etc by using different specimen holders.

• The apparatus consists of mounting frame, gas burner, test specimen holder with Supporting pins.

• The angle of the burner can be pre-setted and adjusted automatically.

•  Flame application time can be pre-setted and operate automatically.

• Afterflame time and afterglow time recorded by LCD screen.
