Product Description

Introduction:

This Shear Stability Tester is a new high-tech product developed with German technology, instead of imported instruments, all main components are directly purchased from Germany. It is suitable for measuring the shear stability of polymer oil. The host is composed of a Bosch double-piston jet pump and an atomization chamber with nozzles and nozzle holders.
The polymer oil is cut through diesel nozzles at a certain shear rate. The diesel nozzle of the shear stability tester promotes the depolymerization of polymer molecules with poor shear stability and reduces the kinematic viscosity of the sample. The percentage of decrease in the initial kinematic viscosity of the sample at 100°C is used to measure the shear stability of polymer oil content.
