Product Description

Introduction:

This Foaming Tendencies Test Equipment uses glassware to determine the foaming tendency of engine coolant under certain temperature and ventilation conditions controlled by the laboratory. It uses a high temperature resistant glass cylinder as a heating bath to ensure a uniform temperature in the working environment. The instrument is equipped with a special airflow control system to reduce the error caused by manual intervention on the results. 

 

 

Features:

1. This Foaming Tendencies Test Equipment adopts high temperature glass as heating bath to ensure the constant and even working temperature.
2. Stainless steel skeletal, with Pyrex tank and cover, can place and fix 2pcs cylinders, no need of steel ring to avoid floating;
3.This Foaming Tendencies Test Equipment has 2pcs high accuracy flow meters, 1pc controlling box including all electric elements;
4.This formaing tendencies tester can do testing at 88ºC;
5.Aluminum cover with 2 holes for placing cylinders is provided with Foaming Tendency Tester;
6.Electric heating bath, with stirring device above;
7.Stainless steel heating device is provied with Engine Coolants Foaming Tendencies Tester;
8.Stainless steel cooling ring, when connect with cooling water it can control bath temperature at 24ºC, which meet ASTM D892 requirement;
