Introduction:
Critical Radiant Flux Testing Machine is the cornerstone of the flooring materials reaction to fire tests in the Euroclass system. The tester measures the spread of flame of the sample, under thermal exposure, using a radiant heat ignition source. The thermal exposure is that of a fire growing in the room of origin that through a door opening, radiates onto the floorings in an adjacent room or corridor.
The Flooring Radiant Panel Tester can also be used for tests to standards ASTM E648 and DIN 4102 Part 14.
Standard:
· ISO 9239-1:Floor coverings - Fire reaction test - Part 1: Determination of flaming performance using radiant heat sources;
· ASTM E648:The floor covering is subjected to a critical thermal radiation test using a thermal radiation source method;
· DIN 4102-14: Fire behaviour of building materials and elements - Determination of the burning behaviour of floor covering systems using a radiant heat source
Feature
1, All structural components are made of stainless steel, appearance,and corrosion resistance;

4, The igniter diameter is 0.7mm, 19/EA, is located at the bottom of the center line of each 60°;
5, The standard plate is made of calcium silicate without coating layer,which is size of 1050X250mm and thickness is 20±1mm ,density is 850 ± 100kg/m³;
6, Small stainless steel auxiliary ignition burner ignited sample.
7, Inlet flow control valve, precise control of propane flow;
8, The Critical Radiant Flux Testing Machine is equipped with air blower providing air, mixed gas through the venturi mixing gas,
