This Brake Fluid Rubber Cup Adaptability Analysis Instrument is primarily used to assess the compatibility of brake fluid and its raw materials with the rubber cups used in the hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.
The principle involves immersing the rubber cup or rubber test piece in the brake fluid, maintaining it at a specified temperature for 70 hours, and then inspecting its appearance, root diameter changes, hardness changes, and volume changes according to the product standard requirements.
Main Features
1.Microcomputer Temperature Controller: With PID self-tuning and PT100 temperature sensor for high precision.
2.Stainless Steel Dry-burn Type Heating Tube: Long service life.
3.Digital Timer with Buzzer Alarm: Alerts when the test is finished.
4.Rubber Test Piece: Complies with standard requirements, made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), test piece dimensions: 25.4×25.4×1.9mm.
5.Instrument Housing: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with a surface treated by electrostatic spray coating.
6. Test Cup: Meets standard requirements, with an inner diameter of 50mm, height of 125mm, and equipped with a tinned iron lid.
