Introduction
This Molten Metal Splashes Impact Tester is designed according to EN348 and ISO 9150,and it can meet requirements of Chinese standard GB8965.2-2009 "Protective clothing for welders" and GB/T 17599-1998 "Determination of behaviour of materials on impact of small splashes of molten metal".
Projections of molten metal drops at a point on a vertical oriented test specimen and measurement of the number of the drops required to cause a 40ºC temperature rise in a sensor behind the specimen.

Features
1.The Molten Metal Splashes Impact Tester consists of burner, sample frame, welding rod driving device, burner flow controller, computer etc. 2.Made of stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion resistant.
3.The Molten Metal Splashes Impact Tester is equipped with oxyacetylene torch to melt metal strip, the diameter of welding nozzle is (1.2 +0.1) mm. 4.The motor can automatically control the feed of metal strip and set the descending speed of metal strip.
5.Melting drop guide mechanism, stainless steel material, coated with high temperature anti-sticking guide groove, angle 45°.
6.Fabric temperature sensor module for monitoring back temperature rise of samples.
7.Counterweight copper hammer device for setting fabric pre-tension 175g ± 0.5g.
8.Temperature rise data can be recorded automatically, the number of melt droplets should be recorded by the tester.
