Product Introduction
The Roofing Fire Test Equipment for fire reactivity of roofing materials is developed according to GB/T 30735-2014 "Test Methods for External Fire Reaction of Roofs and Roof Covering Products". The test method mainly refers to the t1 test method in ENV 1187 and ISO 12468-1. This method specifies three test methods under fire conditions. Method A corresponds to t1 in ENV 1187, and Method B and Method C correspond to ISO 12468-1. Respectively simulate the state of the external reaction of the roof and roof covering products to fire under the adjustment of wind and heat radiation.
Main Features:
1.The test stand is made of welded metal tube, which is coated with black painting for long life use.
2.The test stand position can be adjusted by the pneumatic cylinder.
3.The angle of the test stand can be adjusted from 0 to 50 degrees, which meets the requirements of ISO 12468 and ENV 1187.
4.The duct is made of stainless steel and with grilles in the duct and outlet.
5.The duct can be automatically adjusted the angle from 0 to 35 degrees.
6.ENV 1187 Roofing Test 3 has a blower to provide airflow up to 250m3/min.
7.With an anemometer to measure the airflow, with an accuracy of 0.1m/s.
8.The radiant panel dimension is 600mm by 600mm, can provide the radiant heat up to 15 kW/m2.
9.ENV 1187 Roofing Test 3 provides a heat flux meter to measure the radiant heat flux.
10.Provide pilot flame burner, and gas control unit.
11.Provide a control cabinet, with the gas control device, control unit, and display meters.
