Introduction
The Vertical Flame Propagation Tester is used to test the fire retardant performance of the insulated layer that the wire or cable is under the over-current and over-temperature condition.
It is also used for the test of the vertical flame propagation for a single insulated wire or cable and the combustion condition about the drip under the flame condition.
Feature of TSCV Vertical Flame Propagation Tester
1, Intelligent instrumentation and control systems;2, Automatic ignition system, automatic timing;
3, Test and control parts using integrated design, convenient installation and debugging.
4, Full stainless steel enclosure, internal volume is height 1200mm, width 300mm mm, depth of 450mm;
5, Two stainless-steel rods, perforation and bolted to a single wire cable or fiber optic cable sample;
6, Burners for premixed type, diameter DIA 12 ± 0.5mm, CA 100mm. 1KW standard burner hybrid, can provide accurate test fire; control box is equipped with a pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, flow meter and cuts off the ball valve;
7, The gases inside the control box is equipped with a one-way valve, provide more security assurances;
8, Flame application time and burning time can be adjusted in the context of 0~99 and 99 seconds.Test process automation.
9, Inlet needle valve adjust the flame height, blue flame according to the standards 50mm~60mm, total height 170mm~190mm;
10, Inlet needle valve controlling gas flow: propane 650ml/min ± 30mL/min, air 10L/min ± 0.5ml/min;
