Introduction
With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China, the testing requirements for the combustion performance of materials and components used in rail vehicles have become more and more stringent. At present, the combustion test for materials used in rolling stock mainly refers to the German standard DIN 54387.
The Burning Behavior Testing Machine for railway vehicle materials is developed, designed and produced according to DIN 54837, and the combustion chamber is designed according to DIN 50050-2 in accordance with the standard regulations to test the combustion characteristics of rail vehicle materials and accessories under the influence of a gas burner with a wide-mouth sleeve. At the same time, according to DIN 55120-2, the flammability, smoke formation and dripping characteristics are morphologically classified. It is suitable for flammability grades S2 to S5, smoke density grades SR1 and SR2 (light attenuation integral), and droplet status ST1&ST2.
Features:
• Steeless frame, beautiful appearance, rust and corrosion resistance. Internal electrostatic baked black paint.
• All internal tooling are stainless steel, equipped with two transparent glass window.
• The front face is double door structure with a sealed glass observation window for easy observation of test cases.
• Imported brands gauge and control valve; Working gas pressure 69 ~ 138 Kpa.
• The Burning Behavior Testing Machine is equipped with 3 sets of sample holder. It is made of 304 stainless steel.
• Bottom of the box is a square grid of stainless steel, natural ventilation can enter uniformly.
• The Burning Behavior Testing Machine has a wide mouth burners with burner slide rail.
• The fire testing machine provides a scale,precision 1mm.
Smoke density system:
• Optical system fit to DIN 50055 standard, incandescent lamp color temperature is 2900K
• The The Burning Behavior Testing Machine adopts imported silicon photocell photoelectric sensors, linear measuring range 500 to 2500 cd / m2
• Temperature display the average temperature of the flue
• Timer, recording the ignition time, continued burning time
