Product Description

Introduction:
This fire resistance test machine is designed and developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO19921 and ISO19922, using a burner to simulate fire scenarios, and under internal pressure conditions, to conduct fire resistance tests under load conditions on pipe components for marine and similar purposes.
This fire resistance test machine can measure several types of nominal diameter hose devices and plastic containers for each test,and it can also measure the water tightness of each test.

Structure Characteristics
1. Combustion chamber size: 2,500(W)×1,500(D)×3,000(H)mm; made of stainless steel plate, lined with stainless steel bracket;.
2. The fire resistance test appliance is equipped with a large observation window to observe the internal test status;
3. All internal tooling is made of stainless steel;
4. The cross-sectional area of the burner is at least: 80mm×350mm, totaling six pieces. During the test, the number of burners can be selected according to the size of the sample. There are at least 20 fan-shaped nozzle burners per square decimeter;
5. The fire resistance test machine is equipped with burner lifting device to adjust the distance from the burner to the sample;
6. Smoke exhaust pipe size Ø400 x 1,000(L) mm; the top is equipped with a diffuser;
7. Each burner unit is equipped with a Venturi mixer to fully mix gas and air; ensure flame temperature;
8. Temperature control range: 0 ~ (90 ± 2) ºC;
9. Stainless steel exhaust pipe and related accessories;
10. The fire resistance test machine adopts imported dual flow meters: air flow and gas flow meters and control valves;
11. The appliance uses imported brand pressure gauges and pressure regulating valves;
12. The bottom of the combustion chamber is equipped with a drip tray for burning residues and a drainage filter system;
13. The drainage system and throttle valve are made of stainless steel;
14. The exhaust fan is a stepless variable speed exhaust, which guides the airflow to produce a directional flame;
15. The position of the burner can be moved to meet the test of different types of hose joints and valves.

Measuring System
1. Water temperature test range: 0~(90±2)ºC;
2. The fire resistance test machine adopts imported armored thermocouple, the flame temperature at 15mm~20mm at the lower end of the sample is (800±50)ºC;
3. Working water pressure: 0.01~1MPa, maximum test pressure 1.0MPa; pressure gauge accuracy ±1%;
4. When the water flow speed is controlled at 0.1m/s, the flow rate is greater than QL/min; the accuracy of the flow meter is ±1%;
5. DPT can accurately test the pressure of the hose, the test accuracy: ±0.01 MPa;
6. Timing: 0~9999±0.1 seconds;
7. Water pump power: 1.5KW, can provide up to 10kgf/cm2 water pressure;
8. Flame temperature range: (800±50)ºC;
9. The accuracy of the electronic test instrument conforms to IEC60051-1;

Control System
1. Computer control system, Labview test special software;
2. The test realizes intelligent control; automatic ignition and flameout protection functions; test reports are automatically saved and can be freely retrieved and printed;
  3. Use laboratory development tools to design a simple graphical interface (GUI) operating environment for operators;
4. Real-time recording and saving of test data through automatic control logic to facilitate test repeatability comparison;
  5. Provide data analysis and test report format to meet customer requirements;
6. With replaceable burner, it can meet the test methods of three fire-fighting accessories;
7. The imported flow controller can automatically control gas and air, and the flow test range: 0-100L/min;
8. The electronic flowmeter can test the flow of hoses and valves;

The water temperature control system is optional:including heating equipment and cooling equipment, to ensure that the water temperature is controlled at 80ºC±2ºC during the test;
