Product Description

Introduction

The surface flame propagation test equipment is the BS 6853 series of high-speed rail flame retardant test equipment, which is suitable for the British building materials and high-speed rail flame retardant test standards. It can also comply with standard BS 476-7.
The test method is used to determine the lateral extension of the sample surface and determine the combustion grade based on speed and the extension length. BS 476-7 is mainly used to determine the flame extension on exposed surfaces of walls and suspended ceilings.
The test method is to ignite the sample with a small flame by receiving the gradual change of radiant heat energy, and then determine the critical radiant flux. The size of the heat radiation plate is 850mm X 850mm. The test sample holder adopts water cooling method, equipped with a porous calibration plate and a heat radiation flux sensor, which can calibrate the heat radiation flux curve. The test instrument has high requirements on the laboratory site, and users need more safety measures before they can assemble the test.

 

Feature

1. The area of the radiating panel is 850mm X 850mm, and the structural support frame is strengthened;
2. The sample holder is perpendicular to the radiant plate, and the standard scale marks on it can measure the critical heat radiant flux according to the flame propagation distance;
3. The Surface Flammability Testing Equipment is equipped with a water-cooling circulation device, which can cool the sample holder to avoid damage caused by long-term high temperature;
4. The Surface spread of flame test equipment is equipped with small flame ignition device, using electric spark ignition method;
5. The radiant panel is equipped with a high temperature detection device, if the radiant panel goes out, the gas source can be automatically cut off; 6. The Surface Flame Spread Test Machine is equipped with a water-cooled heat radiation flux sensor, the results can be traced back to the United States NIST;
7. The Flame Testing Equipment is equipped with an electrical control box, which can adjust the flow of gas and air, and display the number of heat radiation flux;
8. The Flame Retardant Testing Equipment Equipped with PLC and man-machine interface, which can display the information required for testing.
